Weight Loss Challenge
Get Fitter.Firmer.Faster. on a team led by certified personal trainers. Weekly fitness challenges and weigh-ins help keep you motivated while educational Super Sessions show you how to keep it off. Your program manual includes workbook pages for goals setting. tips for healthy weight loss and exercise routines you can use to keep going after the program ends.
The average participant’s weight loss is 12 lbs over the 10 week program. You must be able to exercise at an intense level for this challenge.
Winning team members receive a Wellness Institute gift certificate. Participants must attend at least six supervised exercise sessions to qualify for the final weigh in.
Program includes Wellness Institute facility access for the program duration (not just on the days you have class) to support your exercise goals. This means you can make a cycling class, studio class, intramural or badminton booking part of your routine at no extra charge. Classes that require registration are not included.
Upon completing the weight loss program, participants who wish to continue to exercise at the Wellness Institute can sign up for membership with no enrollment fee (conditions apply).
