Lab Services
Laboratory services at Seven Oaks General Hospital are operated by Diagnostic Services, Shared Health.
The Medical Laboratory at Seven Oaks is a point of access facility for in-patients for a comprehensive range of laboratory services, including:
- Chemistry
- Hematology
- Urinalysis
- Transfusion Medicine
These services are offered for the purposes of diagnosis, pre- and post-operative testing and treatment monitoring. Emergency and in-patient services are offered 24 hours/day.
Our specimen collection centre is open to out-patients Monday to Friday from 8am – 4pm with requisitions from physicians at that facility.
Results
Results are sent to the referring Physician. Patients can request results directly from their referring Physician.
