The Wellness Institute at Seven Oaks General Hospital is Canada’s leading medical fitness facility and the only facility in Canada that integrates a comprehensive wellness service with an acute care hospital.

Wellness Institute is operated as a self-sufficient non-profit enterprise of Seven Oaks General Hospital. While it has a separate street address it is attached to Seven Oaks General Hospital and administered as the heath promotion and illness prevention arm of the hospital.

Our vision is for patients to leave Seven Oaks General Hospital with a prescription for wellness to address chronic conditions or underlying causes of illness by attending specialized programs to learn to be well.
